Having worked in the field of Human Resource for more than 20
years, Socrates I. Misoles, better known as Rey, has accumulated
valuable insights into the workings of the human mind, specifically
the workforce. From these lessons, he created several modules to
enhance the individual’s capacity to perform with the end-in-view of
improving bottomline productivity.

Rey is Managing Director of MaP (Maximum Performance)
Consulting Group – a Training and Consulting organization serving
multinationals and SME’s for almost a decade now. His corporate
experiences provided him with the much-desired competence to
have a deep understanding of how and what makes people in the
workplace “tick.”

Rey’s corporate experience was greatly enhanced by his penchant
for self-development, taking upon himself to immerse in different
fields of discipline –

Almost 2 decades of study and research of the theories and
applications of Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) – a new
field of science dealing with personal mastery and effective
communication patterns;
Twenty plus years of conscientious study of the discipline of
Ki-Aikido, a Japanese discipline for mind and body
coordination, propagating the art as Ki-Aikido Instructor in
several locations for the past 15 years;
Over 5 years study and actual application of the methods of
alternative dispute resolution, under the auspices of the
Philippine Judicial Academy of the Supreme Court of the
Philippines, as Accredited Mediator for Court-referred cases;
and
Learning the intricacies of training and consulting practice
from an international certifying body – the American
Consultants League.

MaP Consulting Group conducts training and seminars based on
learning gathered from theories and actual experiences during
Rey’s employment with more than seven different organizations,
rising from the ranks as Personnel Clerk to the level of Human
Resource Executive along the way. It focuses its efforts in helping
companies realize the goal of people-development by delivering the
critical few, high-impact programs to radically improve the
supervisor’s core competencies to bring forth maximum
performance.

Rey has taken studies in Masters in Industrial Psychology. He is a
member of different organizations and associations including
Personnel Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP),
Philippine Society for Training and Development (PSTD), and the
Philippine Mediation Center, and is a Certified Professional
Consultant and member of the American Consultants League. A
practical and down-to-earth practitioner, Rey had “walked his talk”
and is now doing all his best to help companies develop the most
valuable resource – the human resource.

Wandry Y. Rafanan is the Managing Director of her own company,
Potentials Training Center, a training and instructional design
company specializing in Communication, Leadership, and
Organizational Development.

She has had ten years’ expertise in training / facilitation,
instructional design and train-the-trainer, and an excellent ability to
interact with all levels of staff.

Demonstrating a motivating, charismatic style, she has been well
recognized for creating a dynamic and relevant learning
environment. She is expert in diverse learning styles and cultures
and has an exceptional ability to adapt the training environment to
meet those needs. Major corporations have contracted with her to
design and deliver courses in interpersonal communications.

The English Proficiency Program, Business Writing, Presentation
Skills, Customer Service and Telephone Skills are just some of the
programs that Wandry designs and conducts. She holds MA and BA
degrees in English from the University of San Carlos, and is an Able
Toastmaster – Silver holder of the Toastmasters International
Organization.
